Processing Services Policy

When booking our processing services please note that payment of deposit is due upon booking. By booking our processing services you are agreeing that we are acting as your custom processor as well as to the following items. 

1. Half payment of processing fee will be made on delivery of birds to be processed. 
2. Final payment of processing fee will be made at pick up of processed birds. 
3. All birds will be processed as whole birds and marked with generic label, weight and safety standards as well as a not for resale sticker. 
4. All birds processed will be for personal use by the person/family who provided them for processing. 
5. You agree to not resell this processed product under any association of Aguacate Farm Hatchery (AFH) as this is a violation of State Custom Processing laws. Should you not abide by this AFH will hold no responsibility of any legal ramifications of such actions. 
6. Failure to pay balance in full for processing as well as failure to pick up processed birds within 3 days of processing or paying of $1 per bird per day storage fee you product will then be treated as product abandonment by owner and will result in forfeiture of the deposit for processing as well as the processed birds.
